Set Your Goals and Take Measurements
If you attended the workshop with Britt and Bec, remember to add in your goals and actions to your goal sheet and tracker. Use the WORKBOOK for guidance, and share your goals with Bec by booking a goal review call during the 8 weeks ( Book on Windsor location of app) See Goal reviews in the tab across the top.

Coach Bec is here to keep you focused and motivated. Share your goals with her so she can support you every step of the way. Plus, keep an eye out for regular updates, accountability and motivation in the Group.
