What Is BX+S?

BX+S stands for Boxing + Strength Our updated training program structure built from your survey feedback.

We’ve taken everything you already love and added more structure, more progress, and more purpose to help you feel stronger, more confident, and supported every step of the way.

How It Works

Each 50-minute session includes:

  • A boxing pod with a clear focus at each station — technique, combo flow, tempo, or core

  • A strength pod with structured blocks focused on key lifts

  • A short, high-energy boxing finisher to end on a Punch Love high

We alternate Box + Upper and Box + Lower strength training across the week using a 2-week cycle. This gives your body time to recover, adapt, and build real strength over time.

BX+S 2-Week Training Cycle:
📌 Week 1

  • Mon/Wed/Fri: Box + Upper

  • Tue/Thu/Sat: Box + Lower

📌 Week 2

  • Mon/Wed/Fri: Box + Lower

  • Tue/Thu/Sat: Box + Upper

Then we repeat. Simple, clear, effective.

At the end of each 4-week strength block, we’ll head into an exciting week of 5-star Punch Love favourites — the ones you’ve told us you love most.

Think Tabata, Super Circuits, Boxing Challenges, theme weeks and more. These weeks are all about maximising fun, variety, and community energy in true Punch Love fashion.
